Land Development Assistant Project Manager
Our progressive civil engineering firm Blue Engineering and Consulting, Inc has an opening for a Land Development Project Engineer to join our Land Development Engineering team of design professionals. We’re a tight-knit company with significant expansion plans. We offer several opportunities for promotion if you meet our needs, especially if you have experience working with clients. Our portfolio includes numerous projects throughout Southern California. Projects are currently split between residential projects and commercial projects.
Your Role
As a Land Development Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the project team to lead the development of construction documents for private development projects while working in a team-oriented setting.
Land Development Assistant Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Willingness to answer questions to help develop and mentor younger staff.
- Willingness to bring possible solutions to problems
- Perform thorough QA/QC
- Supporting project work in local private land development will involve grading, hydraulics, and street design
- Coordination and follow-up on work to ensure quality work, efficiency levels are maintained, as well as client satisfaction.
Required Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with +5 years of experience in Land Development is a must
- Live in Southern California
- Engineering-in-Training Certification required
- Professional Engineering Certification preferred
- California experience is a must
