JOB DUTIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and site-specific requirements
- Lead safety training initiatives and maintain detailed documentation
- Conduct site audits and participate in OSHA inspections
- Oversee incident investigations and near-miss analyses
- Manage safety budgets and coordinate with project teams
- Monitor environmental compliance (SWPPP) and infection control requirements
- Handle safety prequalification processes and insurance carrier relations
- Support claims management across multiple insurance types
- Coordinate drug testing program compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, occupational health and safety, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- CSP or relevant safety certifications preferred
- OSHA 30 Certification (required within 90 days)
- Proven experience with OSHA, ANSI, EPA, and DNR guidelines
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in safety management software
