Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid
Location: Franklin, TN 37067
Pay range: $13/hr - $14.34/hr
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company’s database
- Ensuring all works data is entered correctly
- Process, standardize and report cue sheets for film and television.
- Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Must haves:
- Prior data entry experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Ability to read and accurately input handwritten data.
- Familiarity with data entry systems, including AS400 and web applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Preferred:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred.
- Strong analytical background.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task.
- Ability to learn quickly and work proactively.
- Works well in a team environment essential.
- Desirable (but not essential)
- experience using an AS400 system
- Prior music publishing company experience in a copyright administration-related role
