Adams & Martin Group is working with a leading IT services provider looking to hire a Contracts Paralegal.
The company is seeking a Contracts Paralegal to join the Legal Division, reporting to the General Counsel. You will assist in reviewing and redlining a variety of contracts, including SaaS, reseller, vendor agreements, MSAs, and NDAs. You will also support compliance efforts, manage contract execution, and act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, redline, and negotiate commercial contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support contract negotiations and manage changes, amendments, and legal risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper execution and filing of all contracts.
- Maintain an organized contract database and oversee contract reporting.
- Assist sales and project teams with contractual management and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with ongoing contract obligations and monitor deliverable schedules.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in contracts review/management within an IT Sales environment.
- Proficient with corporate software (NetSuite, DocuSign, contract management software).
- Skilled in drafting, reviewing, and redlining legal documents.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
