Title : Associate STEM Program Manager
Pay rate: $20-25 per hour (Based on Experience)
Part Time : 20 Hours a week – Flexible Timings with at least 2 hours overlap of work time everyday with rest of the SSF team, with specific times needed on camp days (summer)
Format : Hybrid - 2-4 physical events a quarter mostly in Bay Area and then Online

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Hybrid - Associate STEM Program Manager located in San Jose, CA with flexibility for some remote work. The Hybrid - Associate STEM Program Manager will be responsible for managing and executing STEM education programs, coordinating with partner schools and organizations, and ensuring program success through data-driven decision making.
STEM Program Execution
· Run all steps of the Program playbook with SSF Team Members, volunteers and youth officers
· Communicate consistently to all parties , follow up and push to close
· Execution of programs at both at high level and detail level
STEM Program Management
· Interface with Corporate and Grant Funders – throughout the program
· Summarize programs, give content for social media and other Qtrly / Annual reports
· Standardize and Optimize the playbook – as well as establish best practices to scale
· Establish impact of STEM Programs and communication of impact
· Create new / updated STEM Programs as per market needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM education, nonprofit management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years Experience with program management and project coordination
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and use data to make programmatic changes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partner schools and organizations
- Knowledge of STEM education and experience managing STEM programs
- Experience managing volunteers and staff preferred
