About the Job:
- Manage calendaring and scheduling needs for in-person and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel including detailed itineraries and last minute changes.
- Review, edit, and finalize documents, slide decks, agendas, meeting materials and reports; distribute to necessary parties connected with the C-suite.
- Maintain an accurate deadline-tracking system alongside financial materials, such as invoicing, expense reports and reconciliation.
- Deliver exceptional service to all internal and external clients.
- Manage executive driven projects from start to finish.
- Communicate with key players using strong, clear channels and follow-through on tasks.
