Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CIG Solar Manufacturing in College Station, TX. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process, coordinating with hiring teams and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update job postings on company websites and external platforms.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
