Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing MSP team. You will provide proactive IT support, manage client networks, and ensure security across a range of industries. If you’re passionate about IT and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network & Server Management: Configure and maintain client networks, servers, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
- Security & Backup: Implement and monitor endpoint security, firewalls, VPNs, and backup solutions to protect client data.
- Automation: Use PowerShell/Bash scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Client Onboarding: Set up new client systems and provide smooth transitions for new projects.
- Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor client systems using network monitoring tools and perform routine updates.
- Documentation & Support: Maintain detailed documentation and communicate technical issues clearly to clients.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Windows Server, security tools, and backup solutions.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA) are a plus.
- Communication: Excellent client-facing communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
