Insight Global is looking to hire on a Case Management Specialist for a large client. This role is based in Kahului, Maui, HI area and expected to go onsite. The Analyst is responsible for executing critical components of the Case Management process: quality assurance, case development, case auditing, and case settlement. As the lawsuit reaches new milestones, the Analyst will contribute to one of the phases of the case management process. Success in this role is measured by the completeness of our clients documentation, data collection, data representation, and how engaged our clients are leading to minimal fall out rates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience in the customer service industry
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Concise and empathetic oral and written communication.
- Strong ability to actively listen to understand, not respond.
- Able to act with empathy, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Compassion and understanding for people in crisis.
