ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Business Review process by facilitating the presentation, researching market data/information, and gathering content from teams.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop insights.
- Support yearly shared service support plan presentations.
- Develop Board/C-Suite level presentations to clearly communicate recommendation, insights, and analysis.
- Work closely with Business Strategy Manager to align on strategic recommendations and path to execution and projects critical to success.
- Prepare business strategy materials for corporate presentations (internal and external).
- Regularly scheduled meetings with business leaders to support manager, as well as attending business unit and enterprise meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related
- MBA Required plus direct marketing experience
- Preferred years of experience in business strategy development, marketing, communications or related
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and general public
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to work in a highly confidential environment
- Strong analytical and presentation skills using MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of building extensive knowledge of the business and competitors in support of strategies
- Proactive, detail oriented, flexible, able to multi-task, and an excellent team player
- Possess a strong work ethic and exercise a high level of maturity with a positive attitude
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinking abilities
