JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, while also building a strong employer brand and cultivating relationships with hiring managers. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven recruitment techniques to optimize the talent pipeline and ensure a diverse and qualified workforce both direct and indirect labor in a manufacturing environment.
In addition to managing the full recruitment lifecycle, this role will also support various HR generalist functions to ensure a well-rounded approach to human resources management. The successful candidate will build a strong employer brand, foster relationships with hiring managers, and provide HR support across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various levels and functions.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish job requirements and specifications.
- Design and execute strategies to build a robust talent pipeline, including active and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:
- Must have experience recruiting Direct Labor in a manufacturing environment
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the role and company culture.
- Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive journey through the hiring process.
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote employer branding initiatives.
- Enhance recruitment marketing efforts to build awareness and attract potential candidates.
- Leverage social media and other digital channels to promote job openings and engage with prospective employees.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment status and trends.
- Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Initiatives:
- Support company D&I goals by implementing strategies to attract and hire diverse candidates.
- Develop relationships with diverse professional associations and attend relevant events to source talent.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and incorporate them into the recruitment strategy.
HR Generalist Duties
- Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Participate in onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking probationary reviews and annual evaluations.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including providing guidance to employees on company offerings.
- Contribute to HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in full cycle recruiting.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Strong knowledge of employment law and hiring regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across departments
- Experience with data analysis and recruitment metrics is a plus
- Some travel to our Reisterstown, Maryland facility will be required
