Job responsibilities:
1.To develop technology and solutions for PV inverters and other products.
2.Responsible for drafting and reviewing technical agreement, providing project technical data, drafting and reviewing technical tender.
3. Understand customer needs, identify customer pain points which related to products, formulate strategies and plans to satisfy customer requirements.
4. For the PV inverter, collect and study the mid-term and long-term needs of customers, and provide demand input for the company's product planning and development, And participate in the review of product development process.
5.Responsible for PV inverter products international market interaction, information collection and analysis, responsible for international market demand customer technical support and question-and-answer.
6.Engage in customer relationship development, project operation and business negotiation, assist sales to achieve the sales targets of inverter products and solutions.
Post requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above experience in digital energy solution or technical support; with product development experience is preferable.
2.Have a good command of English which can be used as working language, local native language proficiency, and multilingual is preferable.
3.Excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills, actively sensitive to customers’ feedback, and timely meet the needs and requirements of customers.
4.Ability to adapt cross-cultural working environment.
