CMM Programmer/Inspector
Location: Benton, ME | Shift: Day Shift
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision? Join our clients team as a CMM Programmer/Inspector, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch quality in our manufacturing process.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and edit CMM programs using PC-DMIS to inspect parts and components.
- Ensure programs meet strict customer specifications and quality standards.
- Read blueprints and CAD files to determine precise inspection methods.
- Train and support CMM operators, troubleshoot issues, and maintain program accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams to identify potential issues before they arise.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of CMM inspection or 3+ years of programming experience.
- Advanced knowledge of PC-DMIS software.
- Strong math skills, including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
- Expertise in blueprint reading and GD&T.
- Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and multitask effectively.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and eligibility to work under ITAR regulations.
