Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at USA Fleet Solutions in Reno, NV, with flexibility for some remote work. You will be essential in assisting customers by delivering detailed information about our products and services and addressing technical issues. You’ll be responsible for delivering positive customer experiences, building loyalty, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal teams, handle basic troubleshooting of GPS products, and maintain internal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live meetings on Google Meet/Microsoft Teams.
· Provide comprehensive information about our products and services, including the GPS telematics system (Geotab).
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues .
· Analyze data using Excel reports and Pivot Tables to assist customers.
· Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
· Conduct quarterly customer calls to engage and address ongoing concerns.
· Continuously learn and stay updated on evolving products and services to provide relevant support.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the telematics industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive in learning and implementing new processes and technologies.
