About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager who have managed integration projects to join our team and lead technical projects across multiple teams.
What You'll Do:
- Tracking / Management of T4T and Tech Enablement projects that span multiple teams within and beyond O2.
- Managing integration projects
- Lead some technical projects across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and work proactively to mitigate them.
- Develop project plans and schedules and track them.
- Beyond projects, helping with post mortem management.
- Post Mortem action items tracking
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, or a related role.
- Previous engineering background
- Proven track record of managing software releases in an agile environment.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and deployment automation tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical programs, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including offshore.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions and driving continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of APIs
- Certification in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar) or agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe, etc.).
- Familiarity with program management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
