The successful candidate will lead a team of validation engineers and technicians, manage validation projects, and ensure that all aspects of validation, testing, and documentation are completed efficiently.
- Develop and implement validation plans, protocols, and reports.
- Manage validation projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Provide technical expertise in validation methods and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Review and approve test and validation data.
- Maintain accurate records of validation activities.
