Position: Customer Success Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK (Ability to travel about 35% of the time)
Pay: $75,000 to $95,000/year (Based on experience)
Experience:
- Proven customer service experience
- Previous law enforcement, military, or public safety market experience desired but not required
Education: Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent

ProRecruiters is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Maintain a professional advisory relationship with existing customers.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs.
- Assist teams in identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in customer training sessions and provide software and hardware demonstrations.
- Perform on-site visits for health checks with LEA, Court, and IT personnel.
- Create and deliver proposals, and follow up on pricing requests.
- Manage broad customer communication through email newsletters, surveys, and other tactics.
- Document customer communications and update Salesforce daily; confirm customer data for company communications.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to existing customers.
- Meet assigned targets for developing new business with current accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Strong presentation, sales, and relationship-building skills (experience in law enforcement is highly desired).
- Experience demonstrating the technical aspects of hardware and software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail in proposals, contracts, and customer data.
