Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
