My client, a General Contractor specializing in ground up construction $3-$10M in scope, is hiring for an Assistant Project Manger to start immediately. This position has opened up due to growth in the business and new openings in their project management team. They are targeting a 2-4 year candidate with experience in commercial building.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project paperwork including bids, permitting, subcontractor bids, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, blueprint review, and more
- Participate in subcontractor bid review and selection
- Perform estimates both conceptual and hard bid
- Visit job sites regularly
- Help lead OAC meetings and take meeting minutes
- Attend site walkthroughs during project lifecycle
- Take feedback and implement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Ideally 2-4 years of experience in commercial, ground up building
- Project experience $3M-$10M in scope
- Communicative
- Familiar with project management software
