The Reduce™ marketing team is looking for a chameleon! As Marketing Coordinator, you will be exposed to all aspects of marketing for a growing consumer products company. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- On a daily basis manage our consumer reviews process, coordinating sample shipments to consumers, manage Bazaarvoice platform, and ensuring ratings and reviews syndication to retailer.com.
- Act as daily point of contact for our customer service provider to answer questions and route requests to the appropriate team.
- Assist in preparing and shipping influencer and PR gift boxes.
- Contribute to trade marketing through developing impactful presentations and storytelling, managing sales manager and buyer requests, and ensuring on time deliverables across the entire marketing team.
- Edit and audit marketing collateral, sales presentations, digital shelf, and packaging to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
- Project manage larger team initiatives to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities and on-time delivery.
- Assist in website content updates, such as replacing banner images, updating copy, and contributing to blog posts.
- Feature in our ‘behind the scenes’ Tik Tok content to whichever level you’re comfortable with
- Assist with community event planning and execution
- Conduct desktop research into trends, products, brands on an ad hoc basis
- Support the marketing team as needed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- 2+ years related work experience
SKILLS
- Eager to learn, grow and contribute in a fast-paced organization
- Ability to thrive with evolving priorities, tight timelines and multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Positive, proactive and collaborative attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
- Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
- Experience in Shopify, Klaviyo or similar website and email marketing platforms a plus
- Multi-lingual is a plus
