Our client is a multi-billion dollar real estate firm with ownership of several high-profile commercial properties throughout the US.
They are seeking a Property Administrator to join the team and assist with the day-to-day operations of their commercial portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with tenants on any inquiries or issues, providing excellent customer service
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Work with the property manager to review and remove property violations
- Maintain accurate records of property-related documentation, including leases, insurance policies, and maintenance records
- Oversee Move-in and Move-out coordination
- Provide administrative support to property management team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in property management or administration in commercial real estate
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in commercial real estate
