As a Vice President Investment Banker, you will play a pivotal role in their M&A transactions. This position combines the technical prowess of Wall Street investment banking with a strong focus on client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Managing Directors and Partners across all stages of M&A transactions.
- Manage the creation of marketing materials for client engagements.
- Lead the preparation of financial models and valuations.
- Support business development initiatives.
- Facilitate discussions with clients and investors.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members throughout the transaction process.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proven leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and inspire teams.
