An employer is looking for an Executive Assistant in the Beverly Hills, CA area. This individual will be assisting the CFO of a very large Health System. He/She must have strong experience in calendar management, travel planning (flights, hotels, car services, etc.), expense management, invoice management, internal website management loading digital documents, and creating professional PowerPoint decks. This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the capability to anticipate the executives needs. Must demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills. Being proactive and detail-oriented are a must as well as fostering continuous improvement of systems and processes. He/She will coordinate the delivery of projects throughout the entire Finance org and be responsible for communications, employee notifications, and more within with org. This individual must have a passion and strong enthusiasm for healthcare as well as finance - with a desire for learning the in's and out's of the executive's org chart and the many functions of their team of over 1,500 employees in order to know how to support their initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree
-3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a VP or C-level executive within Finance or Healthcare Administration industries
-Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
-Strong experience with calendar management, travel planning, expense management, and invoice management

Compensation:
$35/hr to $52/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
