Our client, a trusted resource for purchasing and owning real estate located in South River, NJ, is seeking a proactive and Part Time Executive Administrative Assistant to support their CEO. This is a temporary position with potential for extension and or perm placement based on fit and performance including an increase in hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high level administrative support and communications to Executives and Board Members. Candidates for this role will work approximately 4hours/day, 20hours/week. This is a fully onsite role that pays $26/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating important and confidential information with our Elected Executive Committee and membership groups
- Calendar Management
- Meeting planning
- Travel arrangements for our 5-member Executive Committee
- Preparing Board of Directors Agendas and typing up Meeting Minutes
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency/advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- 5years+ experience as a high level or executive level administrative assistant
