We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a midsized firm in Seattle to tackle cases of Complex Plaintiff Personal Injury.
The salary range for the position is 75-100k DOE plus additional bonus earnings, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k with 4% match and profit sharing, 2-3 days work-from-home weekly, 2-3 weeks PTO plus additional sick time, paid court holidays, free on-site gym access, a beautiful modern office and other perks!
This paralegal would support a partner on plaintiff side toxic tort litigation, taking the case from inception through trial.
Ideal candidates for the role would have the following experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- experience requesting, reviewing and summarizing medical records
- ability to draft motions and discovery documents, and support trial prep
- paralegal certification program completion preferred but not required
- calendar management and docketing for litigation
