The ideal candidate will manage the process from site identification and due diligence to construction-ready land development. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of residential communities, from land acquisition through project completion.
- Oversee due diligence, permitting, and regulatory processes.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and planning teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in land development, preferably in homebuilding.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
