As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, data management, benefits administration, HR-related projects, collaborating with the department heads, and maintaining confidentiality. Talent Acquisition (30%)
Success Criteria:
· Meet recruitment targets by successfully filling positions with qualified candidates within the defined timeframes.
· Demonstrate effective sourcing strategies by attracting a diverse pool of top talent and reducing time-to-fill.
· Receive positive feedback from hiring managers on the quality and fit of hired candidates.
· Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications:
· Bilingual proficiency in French and English required:
*Ability to read, write, speak, and understand both languages fluently.
*Comfortable communicating and interacting in both languages in a professional setting.
*Experience with translating documents or interpreting conversations is a plus.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an HR Generalist with talent acquisition and data management expertise.
· Previous work experience in an educational institution or nonprofit organization.
