High-Level Position Summary:
Auxis’ Digital Transformation practice partners with clients to solve high value operational and productivity challenges by redesigning processes, ways of working and implementing digital technologies
The Analyst position will focus on Business Operations utilizing operational best practices and digital technology to assist in providing valued-added processes improvement, and implementation services to optimize performance and enhance customer experience.You will collaborate closely with client leads and team members across various departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop recommendations to leverage digital technologies for operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
Must Haves:
English Language (Oral and written)- strong communication skills (oral, written)
Valid Visa for potential travel to US, as required (cross training, operations and/or project work)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
0-2 years as an Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or technology-driven projects.Internships are fine.
Foundational understanding of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, mobile applications, and process automation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with client team members.
Knowledge of MS Office tools (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.), query report writers, etc. and familiarity with technology system implementations (e.g., ERP, RPA, analytics)
Ability to collect, organization and analyze business information
Key Job Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to create roadmaps and implementation plans for digital initiatives.
Identify and recommend potential initiatives and digital technologies that can drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses
Process Improvement and Optimization:
Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
Identify automation opportunities and work with relevant stakeholders to implement digital solutions such as robotic process automation (RPA) or workflow automation.
Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and implement digital tools, platforms, and applications to streamline operations and improve user experiences.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with client leads and team members to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
Conduct analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Foster strong relationships with client management, leads and end-users.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and communicate project progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with functional and development team members to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
Project Management and Implementation:
Assist in project planning, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Monitor project progress, contribute to risk and issue identification and mitigation to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
