Our client was founded over 26 years ago by technologists to build the fastest, high-frequency trading platform in the world. They are based in New York City but have a footprint in eleven major metros globally. We are looking for an experienced Post-Trade Operations Analyst to build a growing team in the Charleston area. The Post-Trade Operations Associate collaborates with the financial, trading, technology, and other cross-functional teams to drive the accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of regulated securities across the US-based exchange markets. We are hiring a part-time (24 hours per week) office manager on a contract-to-hire basis, to work onsite at our client's office space in Mt. Pleasant.

You Will:
- Manage the firm’s front desk, welcoming candidates, vendors, and visitors
- Oversee and directly support all day-to-day OM operations in the South Carolina office
- Act as a central resource for employee inquiries Helping to define processes, standards, and procedures for the OM department
- Order and accept delivery of breakfast and lunch daily, including organizing orders for easy employee pick-up
- Manage office and kitchen supply ordering, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and organized
- Manage pantry organization and cleanliness, including the loading, unloading, and running of the dishwasher
- Monitor and ensure the overall cleanliness, organization, and inventory of the office
- Oversee conference room calendars
- Work with the AMER Events Manager to plan and implement activities for the office
- Manage the shipping, receiving, and distribution of all mail and packages
- Work with vendors to maintain accounts including but not limited to lunch, magazine subscriptions, shredding services, beverage machines, & coffee machines
- Liaise with facilities staff as necessary to maintain the general appearance and function of the office and coordinate emergency communications
- Work with building management staff as needed, including for parking and access issues/requests
- Coordinate with IT for desktop setups and troubleshooting
- Provide Ad hoc administrative duties for management and employees
- Work onsite daily from 9:00-2:00 or Tuesday-Thursday from 9:00-5:00.
