Job Overview:
We are seeking an extroverted, outgoing Client Experience Manager who thrives in a client-facing role. As the Client Experience Manager, you will be the face of the firm, ensuring that clients receive premium, personalized service throughout their entire journey with us. You’ll manage client interactions from start to finish, resolve concerns, and support the firm in administrative and marketing efforts. A professional appearance and demeanor are essential, as you will represent the firm and interact with clients regularly. Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Guide clients through every step of their journey, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
• Communication Support: Assist partners in responding to client and colleague communications in a timely manner.
• Problem-Solving: Handle client concerns professionally and with empathy, ensuring quick resolutions.
• Marketing & Admin Support: Assist with marketing events, coordinating and attending outreach events, preparing client documents, and managing administrative tasks like shipping and vendor price comparison.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the receptionist to ensure a professional front office experience and provide backup support for phones and scheduling.
Qualifications:
• College degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using Apple computers and open to learning new tools (Zoom, Slack, Adobe Acrobat, Ring Central, MyCase).
• A professional appearance and demeanor are essential for this client-facing role.
