What You’ll Do:
- Prepare monthly reports including Capex Analysis and P&L by Cost Center
- Prepare spending expense report (actual vs. budget)
- Prepare T&E report (actual vs. budget) for each department
- Analyze and prepare depreciation, occupancy, and other costs for budget and forecast
- Analyze and clear credit card/ debit card/ Amex etc.
- Prepare and send Annual Report data
- Run Wholesale/ Shipment reports every week
- Assist the team with creation and tracking of Capex projects
- Prepare all financials related to new stores operations
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support for projects
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years of work experience in a finance organization
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
