JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring qualified candidates for job openings within an organization. They collaborate with hiring managers and human resources teams to understand specific role requirements. Recruiters create job postings, source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess suitability for positions.
Job responsibilities:
- Designing and Implementing Recruiting Strategy: Develop and update job descriptions, perform job analysis, and prepare recruitment materials.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use databases, social media, and other sources to attract candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Monitoring Best Practices: Stay informed about HR recruiting best practices and provide analytical reports.
- Building Candidate Relationships: Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the selection process.
- Promoting Company Reputation: Promote the company as a “best place to work” to attract top talent.
