2nd Shift Monday - Friday (occasionally Saturday) 11 AM - 7 PM

Midway Staffing is currently seeking an On-Site Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Support client payroll functions, such as submitting timecards, reviewing assignments, administering checks, and reviewing payroll reports.
Conducted safety training for all new hires on-site and performed daily site walkthroughs for safety checks.
Maintain regular communication and relationships with the client's leadership team.
Prepare and deliver daily reports for clients, including rosters, attendance, and safety reporting.Assist the Midway Staffing recruitment team with job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
