OT - Pedi needed asap
Shift Hours: Mon - Thurs 8a - 5:45p and Fri 8a - 11:00a
13 weeks
Occupational Therapy OP, primary patient population is pediatrics.
Must have Peds experience.
Certification Required: BLS (must be AHA), 1 year experience, WA lic required
Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Pedi
Experience: 2 years
Certifications: BLS-AHA
AND
Occupational Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-VA
SSN Required
DOB Required
Must have Peds experience.
