Westinghouse is looking for a data network monitoring experience. Familiarity with technical monitoring with network monitoring tools in a network operations center.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of IT Networking and telecommunications. Demonstrates timely and effective response to customer and team member needs.
- Work on enterprise systems and equipment.
- Analyze multiple alarm systems and trouble reports.
- Perform remote maintenance of enterprise equipment.
- Interact with various departments, and internal and external customer groups, to perform necessary telecommunications work.
- Be aware of customer requirements, with emphasis on major initiatives. Ability to set priorities. Ability to respond effectively to diverse demands.
- Work shift rotations.
