Fit is seeking to hire an Administrative Specialist to manage and oversee the daily compliance aspects, as well as a variety of complex and specific office support functions for a successful, growing local company.
This position requires a very high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task throughout the day. The function of this role is to ensure accuracy and overall compliance. Salary is in the $60K-$70K range, depending on experience, with benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee DOT records
- Maintain and review contractors’ OSHA logs, ensuring compliance and safety regulations.
- Manage company insurance updates by adding or removing drivers and vehicles, ensuring accurate insurance records.
- Oversee daily administrative needs, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications
- Must possess a professional demeanor and telephone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining detailed and accurate records
