Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Superintendent at Riant Contractors in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for supervising all aspects of residential construction projects.
Manage and supervise a team of workers, subcontractors, work schedules, project progress, and material procurement.
Collaborate with Clients, Subcontractors, Project Managers and other construction management team members.
Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
Review all change orders with clients and obtain all necessary approvals.
Plan, direct, manage, oversee and document all daily activities in Builder Trend.
FULL TIME POSITION
SALARY WILL COMMENSURATE WITH RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
