Must-haves

Bilingual in English AND Spanish
Minimum of 6 months of experience working in an outbound customer service OR appointment scheduling role
Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role with the ability to make 100+ calls a day without getting burned out
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities
Ability to work independently but efficiently from home with the willingness to adapt- this is a start-up environment, so processes are constantly changing!

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Customer Service/Member Experience Coordinator for a health and wellness client based out of San Francisco. The Member Experience Coordinator will be supporting the clients Registered Dietitians by reaching out to members after their initial appointment to assist them in scheduling follow-up visits. This role will be critical in helping members understand the value of the 12-week programs offered, and in turn, contribute to the continued growth of their company. Daily you will be responsible for conducting check-ins with members after their initial visit to ensure they had a positive experience, as well as effectively communicating the benefits of the 12-week programs to members. You will then help with scheduling follow-up visits with their Registered Dietitian, ensuring that our members are receiving the support they need to succeed. Lastly, addressing any questions or concerns that members may have about telenutrition, and escalating any issues to the Support Team lead as needed. The candidate will sit remote but must be comfortable working 8:30AM-5PM PST!
$17/hr to $19/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
