Experienced Engineering Project Manager
DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AN ENGINEER!
Since the founding of Walden Environmental Engineering in 1995, we have experienced steady and sustainable growth. Now, we need an experienced, driven engineering project manager to help propel us into the next decade. This individual will work out of our headquarters office in beautiful Oyster Bay, LI.
Walden’s staff are proud to say that they work on projects that help clients improve air quality, water quality, and energy efficiency in communities where they work, play, and live. We are known for our work on diverse civil and environmental engineering projects for public and private clients throughout Long Island, New York City, and the lower Hudson Valley.
Engineering Project Managers at Walden must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an in-depth understanding of consulting in a civil/environmental engineering firm, and demonstrate an impressive ability to manage client relations, perform business development, and mold future engineers by mentoring and managing younger staff.
In turn, Walden offers staff competitive salaries, support for accreditations, continuous learning opportunities, exceptional work/life balance, team building activities, and full benefits that include medical/dental insurance, flex hours, hybrid work arrangements, profit sharing, and a business casual dress environment.
