● Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies or inadequacies in our current EDI operations and develop solutions to optimize team and system performance and improve the speed and accuracy of EDI transactions.
● Testing & Deployment Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of proper testing protocols, ensuring successful deployment of new EDI links and upgrades. Guide the team through validation processes with trading partners.

● Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate strong communication between the EDI and development teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment on projects and partner requirements.
● Performance Reporting: Create and publish metrics that assess the team’s performance, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure EDI operations are meeting business goals.
● Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level EDI communications, ensuring clear, consistent communication with key trading partners on new implementations, changes, and major issues.
Qualifications

● Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex EDI issues, with an emphasis on guiding the team in handling day-to-day challenges.
● Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in process development, reporting, and issue resolution.
