Job Description:
• Oversee the administration and support of many IT systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Manage user access and device provisioning through Workspace ONE, prioritizing seamless onboarding and support for high-priority users.
• Administer and optimize Zscaler for secure internet access, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies.
• Implement and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, efficiently managing tickets and incidents to enhance user experience.
• Conduct IT Asset Management (ITAM) to track and manage hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with security teams to monitor and respond to security incidents, utilizing tools such as archiving solutions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, coordinating with vendors and other IT teams as necessary.
• Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and procedures to foster team knowledge sharing and streamline operations.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for enhancement and ensure compliance with best practices.
What You'll Bring:
• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer, with a focus on modern enterprise systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of server administration, network protocols, and security principles, particularly in relation to Zscaler and Workspace ONE.
• Expertise in ITSM and ITAM processes, with a deep understanding of incident management and asset lifecycle best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across a range of hardware and software platforms.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering high-quality user support and operational excellence.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar) are a plus.
