Responsibilities:
- Facilitate contract negotiations, manage risks, and ensure effective and efficient contract performance
Qualifications:
- Strong legalese experience
- Experience with Contract Management
- Expeirence with negotiations
- Construction or related experience
- 7-10 years’ experience negotiating construction or procurement contracts in an organization with $500M+ in annual sales
- Experience supervising others
- Valid driver's license
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance, Law or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience
Skills:
- Can determine financial feasibility
- Understand State contracts
Compensation/Benefits:
This posting is a representative sample of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $126,000-$178,000 and benefits may include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance and 401k with Matching.
