Our manufacturing client is looking for a Maintenance Manager for the effective service delivery and compliance with company policies and laws.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain equipment and facilities safely and efficiently
- Set the performance standards and objectives to meet organizational goals
- Daily hands-on management of team
Musts
- 5-8 years of experience in maintenance, mechanical/electrical engineering with 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Experience with CMMS
- Ammonia Refrigeration experience is a must
- Dairy industry preferred
