Tiello has partnered with a leading General Contractor who is looking for a Superintendent to oversee the construction of ground-up automotive, hospitality, and educational projects.
Title: Superintendent (3 - 7 years of high-end commercial construction experience as a Superintendent)
Project Types: Automotive, Hospitality, Educational, Municipal, Medical, Multifamily, Religious, Retail
Responsibilities:
- Promote safety and site cleanliness, while implementing and effectively managing Company's safety policies and procedures
- Organize and layout project site logistics
- Oversee execution of the Punch Lists
- Managed and publish subcontractor schedule on a weekly basis
- Review subcontractor meetings
Qualifications:
- Understanding of drawings and specifications
- Experienced with Procore and any other related construction software
- OSHA 10 and/or 30 Certification
- Ground-up project experience required
