Position: Customer Service Representative/Member Service Representative I (banking industry)
Location: Full-time, onsite. San Diego, CA
Pay: $17 to $21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to new and existing members
- Perform teller transactions (open new accounts, loan transactions, deposits, withdraws, transfers, etc.)
- Balance the cash drawer
- Perform account file maintenance and documentation
- Promote the credit union's products and services to members
- Answer incoming phone calls and process requests
- Abide by the credit union policies, procedures, and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Previous Teller or Member Service Representative experience preferred, not required
- Proficient oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with others and excellent active listening skills
