Position: Project Manager

Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of critical projects across all three U.S. plants. This role requires a highly experienced professional who can effectively coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure the on-time and on-budget completion of projects. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality, to ensure seamless project integration across all plants. With a strong focus on coordination, communication, and completion, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects across all three U.S. manufacturing plants.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, materials, and quality departments, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring clear and consistent updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with plant managers and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of project deliverables into ongoing plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple locations or plants.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address challenges proactively and efficiently.
- Expertise in project management software, resource planning tools, and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
