Overview:
Join a dynamic and supportive team in a key leadership role where you'll drive sales and customer support initiatives for strategic internal, external, and international customers. As the Sales & Customer Support Administrator, you'll oversee pre-sale and post-sale functions, achieving sales goals for assigned in-house accounts, and leading a dedicated support team. You’ll provide insightful analytics to measure performance and help expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sale Support: Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to identify customer requirements and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sale processes.
- Inside Sales Execution: Manage commercial and national accounts with sales responsibilities exceeding $100K, including planning crosses and layouts.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Inside Sales team in alignment with the VP of Sales’ goals, fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented environment.
- Sales Management: Drive forecasting, relationship development, and overall sales functions for assigned accounts. Establish mechanisms to track new representative and agent performance against contract terms.
- Customer Onboarding & Offboarding: Efficiently manage onboarding and offboarding of agents and reps to maintain smooth operational continuity.
- Sales Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team and quotations department for accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and commission tracking.
- Customer Growth & Retention: Support sales initiatives to achieve account growth and market penetration. Attend key account meetings and trade shows to strengthen customer relationships and explore new opportunities.
- International Customer Management: Provide comprehensive support for international customers, particularly in Canadian and Apple business opportunities.
- Showroom Experience: Lead showroom presentation efforts in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to create impactful customer experiences.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for streamlining, automation, and enhancing the customer experience, focusing on technical support and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer support leadership, preferably within a global manufacturing environment.
- Strong track record in managing pre-sale and post-sale processes, with a focus on strategic planning, relationship-building, and sales goal achievement.
- Excellent analytical skills for sales tracking and performance measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Experience working with international accounts is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
