I am currently working with one of the leading law firms in Denver, who are actively looking to recruit an experienced attorney to join their growing Labor & Employment group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage labor and employment litigation cases, from initial client consultation to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal counsel on labor and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination.
- Collaborate with clients, human resources professionals, and other stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in Colorado.
- 5+ years of experience as a Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney, ideally gained within a larger law firm setting.
- In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
