We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC processes within the construction (ideally airports) industry, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues.
- Review and approve materials, workmanship, and construction practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of QA/QC activities and findings.
- Train and mentor project staff on QA/QC best practices.
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or non-conformances.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools.
