Akkodis is recruiting for a Design and Manufacturing Process Engineer in the New Haven, IN area, near Fort Wayne, IN. This is a 1st shift, direct hire position with a pay range of $70-$85K.
- Design and develop new products, components, and systems using SolidWorks.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 5 years' Experience in design and process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software, including advanced features such as surfacing and assemblies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
